I was at a progress meeting this morning with the design team for the Beacon, including John Skrastin (contracts manager, Elmwood) and Stewart Anderson (quantity surveyor). Beforehand I took a tour of the new building with John. It was a pleasure to not be wading through pools of water under a dripping roof. In fact inside really is starting to take shape and it is easy to imagine the rooms as they will be.
