DESCRIPTION:GCDT is a community development trust dedicated to creating opportunities and improving outcomes for the local community of Gorebridge. GCDT runs a wide range of different projects (including the Gorebridge Beacon) that share one key thing in common: the creation of long-term solutions for local people. But we cannot do it alone. \nOur VIP’s (volunteers) come from all walks of life\, have unique stories\, skills and experience. They help everywhere: in the community pantry\, community cafe\, community garden\, with events\, maintenance\, social media\, act as Trustees. \nWhat would you like to bring/offer? For a informal chat call Dawn on 01875 816320 or why not attend one of our open evenings at the Gorebridge Beacon? They are drop in\, anytime between 6PM and 8PM. They are held on the last Wednesday of the month.  \nThe remaining dates for 2025 are: \n\nWednesday 29th October\nWednesday 26th November\n\nLet us know to expect you by completing the form below:
