Join our fabulous clothes mender Kiki and she will show you how to and help you repair and mend your lovely clothes, helping to keep them in use and being dearly loved for a lot longer, saving you money!

• Take up hems/rehem trousers and skirts

• Sew on a button so it’s less likely to fall of… AGAIN!

• Mend or patch holes in your favourite jeans, tops or shirts.

Bring items such as: tops, trousers, jeans, shirts, jackets, socks, jumpers, towels, blankets, etc

Please bring a maximum of 2 items of clothing for repair. Or you could bring more and pick 2,  because you might learn different skills with a different item. The repair skills you will learn are transferable, e.g. darning or hole repair can be done equally on a sock or the crotch of jeans. 

N.B. You might manage to complete more than 2 in the time available, but we’re making no promises!! 🙂

No sewing skills needed. All materials will be provided.

Venue has 3 steps into the entrance so not suited for wheelchair access. Exact address details will be set prior to the event.

However, we will be hosting another session in August (Thursday 23rd August) in Gorebridge which is wheelchair access accessible.
