Mindfulness isn’t new. Far from it. Many are curious about the practice and what it actually involves. Many people have questions such as: is it about sitting for
a certain amount of time? Or, perhaps they want know how to start a practice. You may wonder about what to/and not to expect. It’s not rocket science, it
is a brilliant self-care focus for calm and energy. If you want to know more, come along and take part in this 4-week Mindfulness Class. You can attend one, or attend them all. Free to Gorebridge residents.
