Newbyres Castle Vegetation Clearing and Talk

The Gorebridge Community Development Trust has been working closely with Archaeology Scotland to preserve and interpret the site – seeking to fully understand both its historical and local importance.
On Wednesday the 21st of February you are welcome to join in a vegetation clearing followed by a talk by Cara Jones from Archaeology Scotland on the Adopt–Monument Scheme
The event will take place from 9 am – 3 pm, please meet at Pop-Up Beacon on the Main Street (the old bank) at 9 am. Please bring your own lunch.
